This policy explains what personal data Transcend Code collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

This website is run by Transcend Code, The Netherlands. Registered with KvK number 98088424 and VAT number NL005308807B03. For questions about this policy or your data, email support@transcendcode.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, so we can answer you. We do this because you asked us to, or to take steps you requested before an agreement.
• Visitor statistics: only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics measures how this website is used, such as the pages viewed, the type of device and the approximate location.

We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by Stitchable on Cloudflare's network; Stitchable stores form replies on our behalf. Forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Visitor statistics are processed by Google. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long we keep it

We keep form replies only as long as we need them for the purpose above, and then delete them. Google Analytics keeps visitor statistics for at most 14 months.

Cookies

Cookies for visitor statistics are only set after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, to limit or object to how it's used, or for a copy to take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To do so, email support@transcendcode.com; we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this policy when the website changes. The latest version is always on this page.
